Conclusion: Most people said that they thought my boobs were bigger, so I’m concluding that five sports bras doesn’t work for me. Not to mention, when I got about four hours or so into the day, it started to hurt like heck, and I couldn’t breath. I had to go take them off, and then my chest was sore for the rest of the day and the next day. Now, I only use two or three sports bras at a time, but it doesn’t work very well…apart from minimizing and keeping them from moving.

Two sports bras and a back brace method:

Put on a tight-fitting sports bra, and then put on a tight-fitting back brace. The brace goes on backwards. Then, you double up the brace on your chest and put another tight-fitting sports bra over the top to hold it in place. Next, smoosh your breasts down and to the sides.

Conclusion:This method can be only slightly uncomfortable for moving and breathing, but overall, it is bearable, and it works fairly well, especially if your chest is smaller than mine. It’s hard to tell from the pictures, but it actually makes me look pretty flat chested, at first glances. It doesn’t completely compress my chest, since I’m a D, but I’m going to keep experimenting with it…maybe try some layering.
